Located in the scenic Finger Lakes Region near Ithaca, NY, Buttermilk Falls State Park is named for the foaming cascade formed by Buttermilk Creek. Replete with a lake, hiking trails, camping areas and a wetland, the park is also home to the Grey Petaltail Dragonfly, a species that flew with the dinosaurs.
